Secondary Principal – Randy Alarilla Gutierrez

 Mr Randy Alarilla Gutierrez holds a degree in Doctor of Philosophy, major in Educational Management. He has vast experiences in teaching from Primary Years up to Tertiary Level. He is a teacher and the Head of Examinations which uses the Singapore Curriculum to prepare students for Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and Advanced (A) Levels. He has been teaching for more than 20 years and has taught Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, Pure Mathematics, Mechanics and Statistics. In fact, Mr Randy has produced students who were awarded Top in the World for IGCSE Additional Mathematics in 2015 and Top in Indonesia for A Level Mathematics in 2014. He has been Certified to teach Cambridge syllabus as he had attended the necessary trainings, face-to-face and online.

Mr Randy has served as a Secondary and Junior College Principal for three years in the other school. Under his leadership stint, the school has shown several developments on student leadership, community extension programs, academic enrichment and to the growth of the school in terms of its numbers.

Mr Randy’s methodical approach to teaching has reaped excellent results for his classes. His lessons engage students with varying abilities. He makes use of the cooperative/collaborative learning approach very well in the classroom. His perseverance in teaching wins the hearts and minds of his students.

 Currently, Mr. Randy is serving as a principal of Global Sevilla Puri Indah. He is taking charge of the Secondary School and Junior College. Mr Randy has joined the institution this AY 2018-2019 and he is working on several academic programs that prepare the Sevillians for their universities. 


Primary Principal – Aderini Kencana
Ms. Aderini has been teaching for 16 years, including 12 years in the International Baccalaureate- Primary Years Programme (IB-PYP) schools; she holds a B.A in Science Teachers’ Education program. Ms. Aderini has expertise as an IB-PYP-trained teacher and Workshop Leader, a trainer, a coordinator and a principal; these experiences have enabled her to facilitate various workshops in national plus and international schools. For 5 years, she had worked with the IBO for the Aceh Interactive Teaching project after the Tsunami as a trainer and an active member of the Advisory Board committee. In addition, Ms. Aderini was invited by the Ministry of Education to represent IB schools in Indonesia; She reviewed the Indonesian Curriculum (KTSP 2006) and developed the New 2014 Curriculum for Science subject in Elementary school. Prior to Global Sevilla, she was helping the Innovative School Project (ISP) in developing professional trainings for primary teachers in state schools in South Jakarta and Bogor. Her wide-ranging expertise includes curriculum design and implementation, writing professional modules and leading workshops for teachers and administrators. Ms. Aderini’s knowledge, experience, passion and creativity have made teaching and learning always fun and full of joy.

Training and Experience: Susan has both Diplomas in Early Childhood Education in Teaching and Early Childhood Education and Care in Leadership from Singapore. Began her teaching career in Kinderland Preschool, Jakarta since 2000 and then moved to Singapore in 2008 and worked as a teacher and moved on became a principal. Prior to her ECE studies, she went to Institut Bisnis Indonesia and received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and went on to Beijing Language and Culture University for Mandarin course.

Interest and Hobbies: A voracious reader, loves photography, travelling and golf (keen but frightful!) also loves to be absorbed in the magical world of movies.
